Warranty and After-sales
If your product arrives with a manufacturing defect, missing part, or shipping damage, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include your order number, photos or videos showing the issue, and a clear description of the problem.
We will review the case and offer a suitable solution, such as replacement parts, repair support, or other after-sales assistance depending on the situation.
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by improper installation or modification
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or liquid exposure
- Normal wear from daily use
- Minor cosmetic differences that do not affect normal use
- Issues caused by third-party parts or accessories
