In-stock Products

If your order has not shipped yet, you may contact us to request a cancellation. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Returns for in-stock products may be accepted within 7 days of delivery if the item is unused, unbuilt, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is caused by our error.

Pre-order and Group Buy Products

Pre-order and group buy products are made or reserved based on customer orders. Cancellation or refund requests for these products may not be available after the order window closes or production begins, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Damaged, Defective, or Missing Items

If your product arrives with shipping damage, a manufacturing defect, or missing parts, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number, photos or videos, and a clear description of the issue.

Non-returnable Items

Used products, assembled keyboard kits, modified products, custom items, and products damaged by improper installation or use are not eligible for return.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
