Very pricey, only paying for the unique design. They don’t feel as good as they look in pictures. I would prefer if it was a smoother plastic feel.
I received a completely different product from what I ordered. I have contacted customer support via email, but they have ignored all my messages and refuse to address the issue.

Keycaps look and sound great and keep anyone from touching my keyboard at the office.
After ordering the keycaps, I realized I wanted to include something else in my order so I quickly messaged the support team via email to ask them to include that item in the order and send me a new invoice.
They never responded and just shipped my items without ever contacting me back, even after I’ve messaged them a couple of times after. They absolutely ignore your messages. Will never order from these guys again.
